Breakfast : bread, jam, cheese 321 kcal

Pre workout shake : NO-Xplode 30 kcal

Post workout shake : whey protein, milk 194 kcal

Lunch : rice, sambal belacan chicken fillet, microwaved brocolli, sweet corn 553.64 kcal

Dinner : sesame seed bun, turkey breast ham, cheese, tomato, chilli sauce 473.5 kcal

Snack : strawberry 50 kcal

Snack : mandarin orange 45 kcal

Total calories consumed today : 1667.14 kcal

hey qunling! you had only 1600 calories and yet u went to the gym?
Shouldn't you be eating more ?

haha, khai yong. I know. But no worries. cause there are few points out here you should know. I had my NO-Xplode in the morning, gave me sufficient energy and strength for my workout right after. cause i did my workout in the morning. then i tried loading calories in my body for the rest of the day, but then it seems that, all the food i ate, i am still at 1600 calories. but my stomach is like really full. its ok by the way. i started out my intake from 1600-1800. then i progress to 1800-2200 due to hyperthrophy purposes. but once or twice is alright. just as long our BP is still optimum =]
