There is always people telling me that carbs are bad for our body, it makes us fat and we should not eat carbs. Just to inform everyone out there, CARBOHYDRATES IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE A NECESSITY FOR OUR BODY TO SUPPLY SUFFICIENT ENERGY!
Alright, now for the reason why?
Carbohydrates works' as the easiest form of calories in our body to be turned into energy for us to sustain our daily chores, works, routines etc. Therefore, sufficient amount of carbs actually benefits us in Fat LOSS programmes as well as Muscle HYPERTHROPHY programmes. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT EVER skip your carbohydrate in every meal. Distribute the portions evenly and have carbs in every meal in order to benefit more from your workout programmes.
Of course, extra carbs in our body which are not used will be turn into fats sooner or later. In other words, everyone get your body moving, stay active, start living a healthier lifestyle by working out consistantly and eating moderately and of course REST SUFFICIENTLY!
PS : Do not blame the carbs for making you fat or overweight. It's just time to workout =D
