Why Workout?

Why must we workout? Is this going to be forever?!

The answer is very simple, if you want a better health, a better body, or perhaps you just to enjoy your life a little longer. That's the reason why we have to workout. Whether if it's going to be forever, it totally depends on you. Why did I say that, it's because your health is stuck with you forever, but the condition of your health varies every single moment. Working out shall not be thing or task being forced into you. It should be adapted by you like brushing your teeth, or eating a meal. It should be a part of your life where you don't feel like you need to be PUSHED in order to stay healthy.

Why am I saying all this? I know people from different personality, some will enjoy their workout, whether if they are young, middle age, or even senior citizens. They will actually squeeze out sometime from their daily schedule just to stay healthy and look good. I totally respect them. But there are always people who will find thousands of excuses just to avoid doing something; unfortunately, working out is one of them. I used to be one of those who will have so many excuses and say "I shall workout tomorrow then". That's how I got my one big GIANT sack. Since I started my 16 weeks challenge, it seems that I have no problem finding time for myself to workout and getting healthy. We are all the same as humans, if someone can do it, you are NO DIFFERENT!

I definitely believe that YOU CAN DO IT! Now, it's all up to you; the decision is in your hands. Choose wisely.

PS : For those of you who are always catching up on my progress on my 16 week challenge. Just to inform you, I have 2 and a half more weeks to go till my 50% checking. I will keep you updated and luck is NOT NEEDED. All we need is a healthier mindset to start off with.
