Hi everyone, it's starting of the weekend and I shall be posting my very first workout routine. It's the ultimately effective "Split Squats". This would be a special one for the girls out there to get a more tone and firm leg as well as a tight buttocks to fit in your jeans or skirt. Enjoy~

How do we get into this very effective yet painless workout?
1. Stand hip width apart with your toes pointing straight out. Extend one leg in front with your hands by your hips. (Image 1)
2. Form a 90 degrees angle when you are at the downphase, do not slam the knees on the floor. (Image 2)
3. Switch your leg once you are done.
